Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 48hrs of processing.  Most shipments will arrive within 1-2 days but some may take up to 3 days depending on your location and reliance of the postal service.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items must be shipped in insulated shipping containers and packed with dry ice.

Please note that Shipping options are based on the region of destination.  We are able to ship to most states in the U.S. safely with our standard shipping option.  However, if you live in a Territory that is South of South Carolina and West of Kentucky we highly suggest that you select the additional shipping coverage.

Should you live in a most western or southern state and choose to forego the additional shipping coverage, Sweet Renaissance can not be held responsible for spoiled or damaged goods.  Sweet Renaissance also has the right to cancel your order if it is predetermined that the shipping option chosen is inadequate for the order made.  All shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
